Delivery & Shipping Policy

At B&C Furniture, we take the safe delivery of domestic furniture seriously. We work with accredited UK carriers to ensure your items arrive promptly and in excellent condition across the country.

1. Delivery Charges & Nationwide Coverage

• Delivery Charge: 100% Free Tracked Delivery on all orders. There are zero shipping charges, no minimum order thresholds, and no handling surcharges applied at checkout.
• Coverage Area: We deliver to all destinations across the United Kingdom (including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and UK offshore regions).

2. Order Processing, Cut-Off & Transit Schedules

• Daily Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT / London Time; BST during daylight saving hours). Orders submitted after 2:00 PM will be processed starting the next business day.
• Handling & Preparation Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday). All pieces are inspected, securely packed in heavy-duty protective cartons, and transferred to our delivery network.
• Courier Transit Time: 3 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday) for all UK destinations.
• Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4 to 9 business days.

3. Weekend & UK Bank Holiday Clause

Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and UK Public Holidays (Bank Holidays) are not classified as operational business days. Orders placed during weekends or UK Bank Holidays will begin dispatch preparation on the next working business day. Dispatch and courier delivery timeframes will roll over accordingly during national holiday periods.

4. Consignment Tracking

Once your furniture has been safely packed and handed to our assigned courier, an automatic dispatch confirmation email containing your direct parcel tracking link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout, allowing you to follow your delivery every step of the way.
