How much does UK furniture shipping cost?

Every piece on our store includes completely free UK delivery. The price visible on our product page is the final total you pay at checkout.

When should I expect my consignment to arrive?

Orders finalized prior to 2:00 PM are prepared in 1–2 business days and spend 3–7 business days in courier transit. You can expect delivery between 4 and 9 business days (Monday through Friday).

What should I do if an item does not fit my room?

We provide a 30-day return window. Each parcel arrives containing a prepaid return shipping slip. As long as your furniture has not been assembled and remains brand-new within its original packaging, you can return it via mail at no cost.

Will I have to pay any return handling or restocking penalties?

No. We do not deduct restocking costs or carriage fees. The return label is provided free of charge inside your packaging.

How quickly do you refund returned items?

Following parcel reception and quality sign-off at our Wigan warehouse, funds are issued within 3 working days back to your Visa or Mastercard account.

What cards are supported during checkout?

We exclusively accept Visa and Mastercard (credit and debit). Alternative tender methods such as American Express, PayPal, bank transfers, or cash alternatives are not supported.
